KiwiMusicMix 17 - It's a Beautiful Happy Dream

This episode covers some of the best indie music from Montreal, Paris, NewYork and points in between. You will find it hard to find better artists with something to say on and off the Top 20 charts. I hope you find these gems fun and enjoyable.

Beautiful Dream - Jann Klose â New York

Beautiful dream is part of the single âBeautiful Dream/Hold Me Downï? single released by 3 Frames and available on iTunes. Born in Mannheim, Germany, his family relocated to Nairobi, Kenya, when he was less than a year old, Jann is the leader of a Chris Marolf (Upright & Electric Bass, Vocals), Lars Potteiger (Keys, Accordion, Vocals), Patrick Carmichael (Drums, Percussion and Recorder), and Leah Potteiger (Violin, Vocals).

Beautiful Dream is a rock ballad of the first order, one of the best unsigned EPs of 2007, it deserves to be recognized along with the David Grays of this world.

Happy - Rinaldi Sings â UK

Rinaldi Sings is the name assumed by singer/songwriter Steve Rinaldi, who was famously described by the NME as a "cocksure 20th Century Scott Walker". He plays a stylish brand of pop that acknowledges a deep debt to the bubblegum northern soul of the late Sixties. The song Happy allows you to chew and dance at the same time. A lot of fun.

Sticking Around - Jarah Jane - Montreal Quebec

She has described her music as a mix of Holly McNarland and a spoonful of Sheryl Crow... but the guitar style adds just a tadd amount of Ani Difranco. Although from Montreal Jarah has a distinct Canadian flavor including the reference to the iconic 401 highway in Ontario as the name of her tour.

Celine Mastrorelli - Detestez Moi - Paris France.

Although Celine has an Italian surname her family is from Cannes. Detestez Moi has the classic French light and airy feel to it. It swings quickly from beat to beat, with Celine making her opinion clear from each verse. Try listening to this song without tapping your feet, I dare you.

The Cat Came Back (The Cats Perspective) â Marc Gunn

Marc Gunn is an Irish and Scottish folk singer with a strange affinity for Celtic ballads, drinking songs and cats, and he is the lead singer for the Brobdingnagian Bards. He is also Celtic music podcaster and Irish music magazine publisher and promoter. Last but not least, he is poet, photographer, and music business educator.

Lift Me Up â Cottrel Grant

With nothing but clean pop-rock and sharp, fun melodies, this Nashville band has a sound that nods to the harmonies of Kiwi brothers Neil and Tim Finn.

According to the Charleston City Paper, âMelody is our big thing,â says Jeremy Cottrell, lead singer and guitarist of Nashville's Cottrell Gantt.â We take a lot of time and care writing our tunes. If it sounds good and feels good, it is good. We just do what comes naturally to us. There's a public out there for every genre of music, so we just do what we do ... and hopefully, somebody likes it!â Cottrell, 32, met singer/guitarist Jason Gantt, 28, in Nashville. The two played as an acoustic duo at clubs around town before enlisting drummer Nathan Freitas and bassist Eli Beaird to form âCottrell Ganttâ as a proper band.

Breathe Deep â Caitlyn Smith

Young Caitlyn Smith comes from the Midwest USA and sweet but powerful Jewel like voice. Caitlyn has a Christian background and it shows in her music. Follow is from her second Album Silence, Caitlyn deserves all the success as this displays Caitlynâs maturity as an artist despite her age.

Girlfriend Go Crazy â Miss the Occupier

Formed in Glasgow in 2003, MTO stick to a three-piece ethic with songs punchy, pacy and loud. From the compilation Bannermans - Under The Bridge Downtown Volume III comes Girlfriend Go Crazy, a quick paced funky tune that will have you up and dancing.

Waiting â Courtney Jones

Courtney is an award winning 19 year old singer/songwriter. She has shared the stage with Sara Evans and JoDee Messina, and has been featured on local radio and television. Courtney is working with Grammy-winning producer/songwriter Jim Tullio (Los Lonely Boys, The Band, Mavis Staples)

Comedy was from Deirdre Flint and was called âIm Singleï? .The iphone song was courtesy of me and Garageband jam mixes.

KiwiMusicMix 15 - Biodiesel Willie

This week's music has a green tinge to it with Willie Nelson otherwise know as Bio Diesel Willie.

Derek Clegg - Empty - Michigan Georgia

Born in Michigan, Atlanta based Derek Clegg has come a long way from his early recording days. Derek has not had the support of a label or producer, hence a true indie music star. From the self managed CD Dust for Clues Derek has created a polished and professional sound that should be taken notice of.

http://www.derekclegg.com/

Kelly Mueller - Fool For You - United Kingdom

Model / Singer / Songwriter is not shy about her looks or her singing talent. Originally from Leeds, then London, Kelly is moving all the way through a 30 date tour of the US, as well as the forthcoming Beijing Olympics where I am sure a blonde blue eyed talent will stand out.

"Kelly's voice is a clear mix between the well-posed Norah Jones and the big-voiced Joss Stone, but Kelly differentiates herself with true raw emotion sung through eloquently beautiful lyrics. Her songs show true songwriting skills as she pours her sorrows and fears out in to her tracks..."POPWORLD

http://www.kellymueller.com/

2012AM - Biodiesel Willie - San Diego

2012AM is nothing if not esoteric and frankly different. This line-up includes DJ Quenique, Mark Wooton, Emily Richards and Jason Brock. Biodiesel Willie is a tribute to Willie Nelson and his crusade to increase awareness of alternative fuels.

http://myspace.com/atlantismorissetteband

Cassandra Kubinski - Echoes

At five feet nothing Cassandra stands out like she is 6ft 5 Sassy, smart, sexy are both the girl and her music. Cassandra Kubinski is an NYC based singer and songwriter she crafts both her songs and performance with an attitude that will make her successful. Her music can be heard on internet and terrestrial radio and TV stations from Connecticut to NYC to Hawaii Her tour dates include colleges, coffeehouses, and theatres throughout the Northeast and as far as Germany.

Interestingly, at 13, she was handpicked by Martin Charnin, lyricist and original director of Annie, to play Annie in the 20th anniversary revival of the show at its birthplace, the Goodspeed Opera House in East Haddam, CT. Other leading theatre roles followed, and Cassandra branched out into film and TV as well with performances with Michael J. Fox in Spin City, and Anna Paquin and Sean Connery in the film Finding Forrester.

http://www.ckubinski.com/

KiwiMusicMix 14 - The Angel and the Underdog

Angel Now - Daphne Rubin Vega

An accomplished Broadway Actor, Daphne Rubin-Vega first lit up with her debut as Mimi in the original cast of 'Rent'. It earned her a Theater World Award, a Tony nomination as Best Actress in a musical and one for the Drama Desk Award.

Panamanian by birth, Daphne moved to New York as a child and began her career in earnest at an early age. She sang on the soundtrack to George Lucas's Labyrinth (starring David Bowie). Daphne completed two albums with the girl group Pajama Party

In 2004, Daphne Rubin-Vega received her second Tony nomination for best featured actress in a play for Nilo Cruz' 'Anna in the Tropics'. Angel Now is from the album Redemption Songs released in 2006. A swift reggae styled beat also blends in the best of Skaa from the Specials among others.

The Underdogs - Jenn Foster

Texas-native Jen Foster is an award-winning singer, songwriter. Jen got her real education listening to the Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin and The Beatles and performing in the clubs and coffee houses of Los Angeles. Jen headlined, opened for such diverse acts as Sophie B. Hawkins, K's Choice, Crash Test Dummies, Lisa Loeb, Allison Moorer, First Prize recipient in the Great American Songwriting contest's Pop division, and no doubt played a part in her winning 'Best Debut Recording Female' at the 2004 Outmusic Awards (her entire album was honored.)

Working with acclaimed producer Jeff Trott (Sheryl Crow, Stevie Nicks,) 'The Underdogs' follows 'Everybody's Girl', Jen Foster's debut CD, which was released to consistently favorable reviews in 2003. The Underdogs is a pop rock statement of this decade. Her sound is totally consistent with other strong female voices from the west coast. This song grows on your quickly.

Jill Sobule

Jill Sobule was stirred by Al Gore's spectacular speech on the clear and present danger of climate change. The time for action is now, Jill thought. And so she wrote a song. But since everyone else was so down about the impending collapse of ecological systems, which could lead to floods, drought, hurricanes, mosquito overpopulation and species extinction, she decided to write a happy song about global warming. Jill is courtesy of Ted Talks (http://www.ted.com)

What to do with Michael - Candy Butchers

Candy Butchers started out in the early 90's as an acoustic duo in Boston Mass. They had a stripped down sound armed only with an acoustic guitar, a snare drum, and Everly Brothers style harmonies. They played wherever they could find a gig; opening up for comedians at comedy clubs and occasional stints crashing karaoke nights in the suburbs of Boston, and of course the subway.

Candy Butchers have been through many incarnations over the years since the acoustic duo days; power pop trio, full on rock band, orchestral pop ensemble with horns and strings, but at the center of it all is always Mike Viola's voice and his songs. 'What to do with Michael' is great ditty that could pass for an eighties pop song.

KiwiMusicMix 13 - Dont Want to be Alone

KiwiMusicMix 12 - Alive and Kicking

Lonely World - Loosehounds - United Kingdom

Loosehounds, formally the Loosehound Drifters from Shropshire is a distinctly edgy rock band. Compare to Traffic and Crowded House mixed together, the song Lonely World is a strong beat pop song worthy of that comparison. Watch the beat on this one because it pushes you along the path thinking Thomas Dolby and Elvis Costello but that's just me.

Ann Marita - Alive and Kicking - Norwegian/Swedish/American/Australian singer/songwriter.

Ann-Marita is the next generation's country rocker. Since the release of her acclaimed self-titled debut album, she has established herself in the country music industry as a force to be reckoned with. Ann Marita soulful and strong rendition of Alive and Kicking is compared to Shania Twain, Kiwi Rocker Sharon O'Neil and Sheryl Crow.

Caitlyn Smith - Follow - The Midwest

Young Caitlyn Smith comes from the Midwest USA and sweet but powerful Jewel like voice. Caitlyn has a Christian background and it shows in her music. Follow is from her second Album Silence, Caitlyn deserves all the success as this displays Caitlyn's maturity as an artist despite her age.

Casey Diamond - Long Damn Time - Massachusetts USA

Long Damn Time is the sort of song you want to play real loud in your car. Fast paced, it is a great pop song from a young talent. For an indie artist, Casey's work is (not) surprisingly well brilliantly produced with lots of backend bass and rhythm with some of the best session artists in the business. The quality of the work is obvious.

The album features Peter Gabriel's Tony Levin on bass and the drummer for David Bowie and Natalie Imbruglia, Mike Levesque. The Grammy Award-winning Will Ackerman joins Casey on guitar and also co-wrote one of the tracks on Casey's new CD. The album was recorded at Taylor Barefoot studios in Boston, and Will Ackerman's Imaginary Road Studios, as well as at Q Division with Mike Denneen (click five) and Tom Polce producing one track, and at Hyperion Studios in LA with Bryan Carrigan and Chris Fogel (jagged little pill) mixing another.

So turn it up and hit the road....

KiwiMusicMix 11 - Looking at the World and The Skye

The idea behind Indie Music Mix is to present three or four independent tracks each week to get people thinking. These tracks are aimed at the Generation Xers and cover a wide variety of music from all over the world. This weeks influences include David Grey, Sheryl Crow, Norah Jones and others. All this weeks music is courtesy of Podshow Music at http://music.podshow.com.

Track One - Skye Derek James - New York

The hard working New York based singer/songwriter Derek James released the Album Stray in 2005 from Howling Records. Included was Skye a simple and clean ballad from Derek. James has performed in Australia, France and the US. Skye is reminiscent of David Grey. You can find Derek at http://www.derekjamesmusic.com.

Track Two - What in the World - Di Sheldon - Tennessee

What in the World is from the Album 'Waiting' from MD Records. Many have likened her sound to artists such as; Sheryl Crow and Sarah McLachlan. While working on the songs from Waiting it was important to Di that her CD contained enough song and vocal diversity so that people of all ages, races, and creeds could find something to relate to in her music. Sheldon has a clear melodic sound that has wide appeal to the Gen X demographic. You can find Di at http://www.disheldon.com.

Track Three = You don't Cry - Fionna Faulk - Northeast Ohio

From 'The Stadium of Saints Project' project, Fionna has a sound something like Norah Jones meets Alanis Morisette meets Jewel. "My songs are everything to me. They're there when I don't have anyone else to talk to and pick me up when I feel like I'm in the worst place in the world. They always know how I feel without ever having to say a single word." Says Fionna. You can find Fionna at http://www.fionnafaulk.com and Podshow Music

Track Four - Hey City - Emme Packer - Salt Lake City Utah

From the album "Better Luck Next Time" comes "Hey City" a wonderfully crafted tune reminding of Lisa Loeb among others. Emme Packer was born and raised in a small town just outside of Salt Lake City, UT. The youngest of 7 children and looking for a place to fit in she taught herself to sing and play guitar at the age of 14. You can find Emme at http://www.emmepacker.com and Podshow Music

3 Blind Mice hail from the UK. Consisting of Alex Grayson, Lyndon Connah and Sean Kane they offer an acoustic mix that blends different elements of Steely Dan, Joni Mitchell and others. They list the Beatles, Zeppelin and Weather Report as influences. This particular song reminds me of the Finn Brothers (of Crowded House) in its melody and lyics which is no small accolade

As a vocalist, saxophonist, flautist, pianist and percussionist, Koalin gives true meaning to that frequently used word, multi-instrumentalist. And now, as the main creative force behind Naked, she's adding songwriting and production skills to her ever-expanding musical talents.

Song 3 - Start Over - Jasmine Ash

Jasmine Ash began performing music live in 2001 at a small coffee shop in Eugene, Oregon. The fact that she had been playing guitar and writing her own songs for less than one year at the time, didn't deter Jasmine from setting out to prove that she belonged on the stage. Her effortless charisma and soft, intimate voice made her an instant favorite in the coffee houses and small venues of Eugene.

In early 2002 Jasmine relocated to Portland in search of larger musical opportunities and a greater challenge. She immediately began gaining notoriety with her magnetic live shows and her recently released first album, Penelopes Diary. Spring 2004, Jasmine brought together Portlands finest musicians, from bands as diverse as The Bella Fayes and Dr. Theopolis, to begin recording her second album: From Grey to Blue. Released summer of 2004 and produced by Ezra Holbrook (Little Sue, Charmparticles, Camaro Hair, Dr. Theopolis) and Sean Norton. From Grey to Blue is a flawless example of simple, elegant rock.

KiwiMusicMix 6 - Reggae Come On Over

This weeks music is all reggae influenced and from the Pacific state of Hawaii and the not so Pacific State of Utah (although he was originally from Hawaii).

Song 1 - Come on Over - Kanalo - Hawaii

KANALO was founded on a whim. KCCN FM100 was seeking contestants for their 2nd annual Pride of the Islands talent contest. A song was written and a band was formed for the contest less than a day before the song needed to be submitted... but the band didn't have a name yet. The group chose KANALO which represents Kaneohe and Waimanalo... where the band members resided. They went on the win the group category of that contest in November 1998. You can see their website here.

In a time of world turmoil and aggression, a soothing sound is on the wind. From the sunny shores of Ocean Beach, California, comes the all original roots rock rebel music of VEGITATION.

The vegi-experience begins with organic reggae and rock style rhythms, powerful rebel vocals and harmonies, highlighted by tasteful melodies and leads. Music carrying a message of peace and love with the power and importance of a warm fire in a cold world. When you witness a live show, you are part of a movement and a family, together in spirit, dancing in change and celebrating life.

VEGITATION brings a unique approach to music; unlike anything you've heard before. The beats will carry your feet and the words will touch your soul.

VEGITATION is currently working on their second studio album to be released in Spring 05. Fresh off a European tour, VEGITATION is looking to spread its message of harmony throughout the world.

Song 3 - Pauoa Valley - Kimo Watanabe - Salt Lake City Utah

Kimo Watanabe currently resides in Salt Lake City Utah, where he uses his musical skill to perpetuate ki ho'alu guitar. In addition to ki ho'alu, Kimo plays 6 string uke and acoustic guitar to produce some kick back island music with an indie feel.
KiwiMusicMix 5 - Laid back and ready

This week's NorthVoice features Rock from New York City, Alternative from Oakland California and Soul Funk from New Zealand. The music is both laid back and ready to go. As always if you like these artists go ahead and support them.

Song 1 - Trini by The Switch [New York City]

The Switch hails from New York City, Kai Altair (lead singer), Joe Pepitone (guitarist), Dan Onori (drummer) & Dave Bunting (bassist). In early 2002, the songwriting team of Kai and Joe composed their first song Marilyn. Combining electronic music with an infectious pop twist, they succeeded in creating tunes with a universal appeal. They have continued on their prodigious musical path with Trini from the album The Switch.

Song 2 - Light from a Star - Joe Sibol [California-Oakland/East Bay]

Mixing and matching tones with words, smashing melodies together with poetry, Joe Sibol has been writing songs ever since he picked up a four track in college. Raised on the East Coast, in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and New York, Joe moved out west to join up with fellow songwriters, and played shows up and down the California coast. He crashed on sofas and floors and worked odd jobs as a gardener in order to work on his music and develop his songs.
Song 3 - Pure Love - Pacific Underground [Christchurch New Zealand]

Led by Music Director Pos Mavaega PUMP's 10 years in the industry have stretched from recording, theatre productions, live gigs, to musical concerts. Pos latest show "Island Summer" travelled with the NZ Delegation to the 9th Pacific Arts Festival in Palau and will feature at the 2005. CHCH Arts Festival. Landmark is PUMP's only recording, and it's name speaks it's premise - a milestone project that launched many careers. Featured on 'Landmark' some of the earliest recordings of Hip Hop icons Antsman, Scribe, Ali and the now defunct "Freeworld Vibe', other artists include the crazy Naked Samoans who created TV3s popular show 'Brotown'.
KiwiMusicMix 4 - Kiwi Rock Aotearoa Roll

This week's music is strictly from Down Under, the home of the Finn Brothers, Dave Dobbyn's DD Smash, Middle Earth and Lucy Lawless aka Xena Warrior Princess.

The first song this week is from dDub of Auckland New Zealand called Comfort.

If you love the sound of The Specials or Madness you will love this track. dDub brings a raw roots based sound to the Auckland music scene. Credited as being one of Aotearoa's finest live acts, the bandÃïÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs unique sound has captured the attention of audiences around the country and they have become firm crowd favorites at high profile outdoor festivals, including Splore, Queenstown Winter Festival, Soundsplash and Rhythm & Vines. dDub perform extensively this summer season, sharing stages with other high profile acts including Fat Freddy's Drop, Salmonella Dub, Cornerstone Roots, The Black Seeds, Katchafire and Kora. This is courtesy of Muzic.co.nz.

Song 2 is Northwards Forthwith from Wellington Band Dangerpin. Superpop combo from Wellington, Dangerpin combine an impressive range of Indie or otherwise influences into their melodious and euphonic casserole pot. People in the street compare them to Simon and Garfunkel - this may be because they can't think of anyone else who do such lush harmony arrangements... Imagine the cuddly sweetness of Belle and Sebastian with the diy whim and indie charm of pavement, alongside the eclecticism and eager-to-pleasedness of Pharrell. You can find them at Muzic.co.nz.

Song 3 is from Wellington Pop Duo Pearl. Called "All I need", it is a great pop song of Natalia Imbruglia or the Wilson Sisters vein. Pearl is one of New Zealand's most exciting up and coming acts. Their debut single 'Fallacy' is evidence of their fresh approach to the pop genre. The track was featured on NZ On Air's Kiwi Hit Disc #72 released in June 2005 and NZ On Air also provided funding for the 'Fallacy' video.

Pearl's sound is rich, pure harmonies driving hooky, uplifting pop songs. The result: a perfect blend of sophistication and fun. Both Lisa and Shelley are talented songwriters. Together with executive producer Chris Jones they have developed their unique sound since forming in 2003. You can find the girls at Muzic.co.nz and their website.

KiwiMusicMix 3 - North South East and West

This week has music from Washington DC, Altanta Georgia, and Tesuque New Mexico. Lejeune is from Washington DC their music is classed as romantic pop reminiscent of REM and early ABC. Tea Leaves is from Atlanta. Mrs Parker as opposed to Mrs Robinson is a Rock Ballad. It sounds like early INXS. Finally we are going to end in a Trance, TranceVision to be exact from the beautiful town of Tesuque New Mexico, just North of Santa Fe which I have visited on a number of occasions. This is techno world electronic music.

Moon Shy City, Lejeune from Washington DC of the album Lejuene

Lejeune is a Washington, DC quartet dedicated to writing and performing romantic pop rock. Though Lejeunes songs have been described as a soulful and velvety mix, blending the sounds of indie and pop icons like Luna, Bowie, and early R.E.M., its members have created something uniquely their own. Certainly much could be attributed to singer Sam Bishops well-written lyrics delivered via mature and melodious vocals, as well as guitarist Matthew Richardsons bold and sometimes Knopfler-esque fret board stylings. There is no denying, however, the solidifying impact Lejeunes rhythm section has on its music. The coordination of and interplay between bassist Odysseus Leonard and drummer Greg Gendron only work to further expand the dynamism of Lejeunes songs.

Mrs Parker by Tea Leaves from Atlanta Georgia off the album Tea Leaves

This is what RockNWorld mag says:

The Atlanta, Georgia five-piece Tea Leaves have spent several years breaking their collective backs for the music industry, only to have little given to them in return. Now with a solid, steady line-up, the group have released a self-titled debut on the Republik Rekords label, and seem poised to move on to bigger and better things. Playing soft, expansive pop rock with some spacey, melodic guitar work at times, Tea Leaves is generally pretty soft and fluffy as far as rock music goes.

LeMuria by TranceVision from TESUQUE, New Mexico off the album LeMuria

TranceVision was founded in 1998 by Pete Code (producer/songwriter/musician) and Greta Rose (lead vocals/percussion). Greg Kaiser joined the band as the keyboardist in 1999. The band is dedicated to exploring the boundaries of contemporary and ancient music without concern for trends and experimentation is law.

The band has enjoyed the privilege of recording with prominent and talented musicians such as Tim Reynolds (TR3, Dave Matthews) rhythm & lead guitar on "Atom " and "Enertia", Kip Winger (Winger, Alan Parsons) fretless bass on "Lemuria".

KiwiMusicMix 2 - A Long Way from Home

Today I am doing this show from Addison Texas, the alternative
enclave in Dallas/Fort Worth that looks more like Austin (the music
center of Texas). That being said, I have a warning, today is fast
paced rock from Toronto, Latin Jazz from La Plata, and contemporary
pop/jazz from Seattle. So if you don't mind it being mixed up or "JackFMed" (I didn't know there was a term for this) you can listen on.

Five Star Fall is from the not so far north indie city of Toronto. Mercurial Girl is a fast paced rock ditty. The Album is Automatic Ordinary:
From the opening guitar loop of "Mercurial Girl" to the trippy Melotron
vibe of "Between Two Floors", 5 Star Fall doesn't do anything the
obvious way. Not in this lifetime anyway. If it can be manipulated or
played with, these restless Canadian lads are ready to get their hands
dirty, calling into service everything from retro analog effects pedals
and Kraftwerk-era drum machines to self-sampling and the most current

Next up some Latin Jazz, Mutandina from
La Plata Argentina. Mutandina means "mixing". Mutandina mixes styles
from jazz, funk, salsa, pop, rock and Brazilian. There is so much good
music from South America, Mutandina are another example this. The album
is self named Mutandina and is available from Magnatune.

Thirdly is The West Exit from Seattle. The title track of the album is Nocturne.
Sexy, ambient dance grooves move under layers of synthesizers &
keyboards. Beautifully haunting & catchy vocal melodies float
provocatively over the music telling stories of love lost, gained,
& coveted. Merging the acoustic & the electric, mixing soulful
chords with funky beats; The West Exit is a sultry blend of pop,
R&B, & electronic music.

In between we have clips from Abbott and Costello and Sherlock Holmes.

This weeks music is courtesy of Magnatune and is available under Creative Commons 2.5 license.

KiwiMusicMix 1 - Everyday State of Madness

Welcome to the NorthVoice Indie Podcast, the voice of the north, Podcast One - Everyday State of Madness. Today we have State of Everyday Madness (lost remix). This is a remix by shock shadow and it is available on CCMixta.
Norine Braun is a Vancouver based artist who is not afraid to make music on her own terms. She has been called "jazzed up, funk tinged pop." That should tell you how her music defies conventional categorization.Built on a solid foundation of soul, Norine experiments with forms from ambient pop to jazz and rock. Braun herself is an interesting mixture of equal parts Blondie, Bjork and Margo Timmins. Today we play Frontliner Blues from the album "and the mood swings.
Submarine (featuring Lisa Rein) is the last song. Lisa is a singer/songwriter/musician/producer. She runs a record label at Wide Hive Records and have a podcast, 'Songs From The Commons'
Lisa's blog is OnLisareinsradar.com.. This is available on CCMixta.
